lots of craziness...last time I tried to post..i wrote all this great stuff and it would not.It, being my computer, would not post my blog...anyway I'm going to post a couple pictures and start the new year blogging my brains out. hope everyone had a safe christmas and we are open for new years eve...

Let's see...LSU got in the BCS, Saints won( and are hanging on ) but the Vikings did too..The Rolling Elvis' rolled through last weekend(mardi gras is as good as here).

Okay so I'm not a good poster to the blog..I will try harder. the pictures of the bar are in reverse because I took them with the camera on my computer. Things are great at the Tchoup . though you people need to get out on saturdays and come see Les Nash.and sundays too...if the saints ain"t playing come root for someone else's team! and Debbie misses you on Wednesdays, it's hump day people come out and play!!!

This Sunday we host a benefit!

Music, food, happy hour until Midnight and the fuzzy feeling of helping your fellow human.


Len Lopp didn't deserve to be the victim of a hit-and-run, but he was. He didn't deserve to mash up his face, break two ribs and puncture a lung, but he did. He didn't deserve to be left for dead - and only thanks to a good Samaritan happening by did he survive, since the jerk who hit him didn't even call an ambulance - but he was. The price of misfortune? In this case, over $6k.


This benefit will help relieve that debt a bit.


There will be food, there will be happy hour until midnight, there will be 4 bands and there will be raffles for gift certificates kindly donated by places like Neophobia, Earthsavers, Nacho Mama's, Canal Place Cinema, Superior Grill and more, not to mention bar tabs at various local establishments.

blogging slump

Sorry kids it's been so long since you last heard from us.... Just waiting for pre-season to give way to the real thing. But the Red Sox and the Yankees are at the start of a series and all of baseball is getting exciting. Don't forget we've got football pools every week for the Saints.

So..it's hot outside...quit complaining and drop in and enjoy the refrigerated air and ice cream freezer cold jaggermeister. Icy PBR?? and some baseball.

The t.v. elves payed a visit to the bar the this afternoon...installing three new screens for your viewing pleasure. The direct T.v. fairies should be in later this week to bring life to our new pals. All of this we be in place before the first official kickoff of the Football season and all the Lifetime movies you could cry to.(kicking folks) So come check out the new digs and t.v.'s.. get you a spot on a football pool , refreshing adult beverage and get ready for some fun..

So,there was quite the crew in on saturday...I won't name names but it was fun.(like i could remember all of them anyways... It was this guy wilkie's 45th birthday and there were lots of shots..Blue screws and stolicides..eeeeeeek... you guys were fun as chasing a greased pig at a county fair...I will remember it always.
